Nosh: Foodily’s Friday Recipe Recap

It’s been a sweet week here at Foodily! We’re listening to some sultry salsa music, a perfect soundtrack for mid-spring grilling and porch cocktails. Foodily recently teamed up with Lurpak and Last.fm to bring the UK and Ireland Foodbeats.co.uk, the new music and cooking tool that lets you match music to your dishes.

Cocoa is always a favorable topic, who doesn’t like chocolate, at least one grade of it? We covered all the different varieties of chocolate, and answered the question we all seem to have about white chocolate- is it really chocolate at all?

Speaking of cocoa, vegans really know their chocolate recipes, so we saw on Wednesday when we shared loads of delicious vegan chocolate treats, like Donal Skelton’s Peanut Butter Snicker Squares. Did you know that we have over 1500 recipes for vegan chocolate recipes? Vegans have it pretty good, after all!

Finally, we learned that former President Sarkozy has fabulous taste in sweets. We love that he can reminisce about such foods as cream puffs and coffee ice cream. All the talk about these foods had us searching for the perfect cream puff recipe and the best cup of coffee ice cream. We found some good ones:
